Cancelation And Refund Policy

If for any reason customers are not satisfied with a feature they paid for, the feature can be canceled and the user can receive a refund, following the conditions described in this policy.

CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS:

If there are technical obstacles for its provision customers may request cancelation and a refund for the feature they ordered in case the payment was made with credit/debit, or prepaid card. If the customer is not satisfied with the feature, cancelation and refund may be requested no later than 24 hours after the payment. Cancelation and refund requests will not be approved, if the service is already expired, and no technical problems are reported. In case of a technical problem that prevents the normal provision of the feature, the customer must contact the web administration by email and report the problem. If the technical problem cannot be resolved, the customer may ask to postpone the use of the feature or cancel it and receive a refund. Once a refund is issued, the customer will receive an email to his affiliated email address, confirming the refund is initiated. Payments via credit/debit card, or prepaid card, are refunded to the same payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the credit/debit card issuer. Any differences between the refunded amount and the original order are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Any disputes of payments to will be processed in accordance with the Card Schemes regulations and standards.

ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICES/FEATURES

  1. Additional paid features are services provided by RealMen as described on the Website/App.
  2. RealMen offers paid features providing additional functionalities to its users. Detailed description of those functionalities is presented to the users prior payment.
  3. Some paid features are based on monthly membership, where a price list is available, describing, prices for different periods.
  4. Monthly subscription is available for the paid service, where the monthly price is charged automatically every month.
  5. RealMen reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
  6. Price and currency depend on the user’s location. Prices include VAT when applicable.
  7. The paid features can be canceled and the respective payments can be refunded as described in the RealMen’s Cancelation and Refund Policy.
  8. Paid features cannot be transferred to another account or user.
